歐恩光電技術(shù)研究所是一家經(jīng)深圳市政府部門批準(zhǔn)成立的專業(yè)光電半導(dǎo)體器件研發(fā)、設(shè)計(jì)和制造的微電子研究所。研究所擁有一支多年從事光電半導(dǎo)體芯片設(shè)計(jì)、微控制器程式設(shè)計(jì)和光學(xué)材料的專家隊(duì)伍。所設(shè)計(jì)的產(chǎn)品涉及半導(dǎo)體分立器件、混合集成電路、光電子器件、傳感器信號(hào)處理、微處理器、定時(shí)器、功率半導(dǎo)體、電源管理芯片、光學(xué)器件封裝材料等，并承接用戶MCU開發(fā)、ODM制造。
我們擁有多項(xiàng)自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán),
特別是在光電敏感芯片、光電傳感器方面享有獨(dú)特的專利技術(shù)。我們的開發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)可以完成從基本的光電芯片方案設(shè)計(jì)、特性仿真、版圖設(shè)計(jì)、晶元投片、測(cè)試、器件封裝等系列化服務(wù)。

On Institute of optical & electronic technology is a sector
of professional photovoltaic semiconductor device research
and development, design and manufacture of microelectronics
Institute approved by the Shenzhen municipal government. The
institute has a expert team engaging in a photovoltaic
semiconductor chip design, micro controller programming and
functional optical materials for years. The design of
semiconductor products involves discrete devices, hybrid
integrated circuits, photoelectron devices, sensors signal
processing, microprocessors, timer, power semiconductors,
power supply management chips, optical device packaging
materials, and ODM for users.
The Institute has a number of independent intellectual
property rights, and has the unique patented technology
especially in the photovoltaic sensitive chips and sensors.
Our development team can complete the programme from the
basic photovoltaic chip design, character simulation,
territory design, wafer processing , testing, packaging, and
device serialization services.
We work at the global optical and electronic device
technology exchanges and cooperation, attracting talents,
integrity, innovation, providing better services to
customers.
